Silicast TRW formula
Silicast TRW formula is a premium high tear resistant mixture that allows for severe undercuts like those found in Pewter Figurines. Even though it is the most expensive in our line, it is actually the most economical during long production runs!
The cost of labor to produce a mold is the most expensive and most time consuming part of the production. Don't waste valuable time remaking the same mold over and over. By using high quality silicone, your production will increase and your mold makers will have more time to produce other molds. It also allows the highest production rate when spin casting.
This formula can also be custom designed for a variety of manufacturing applications, including architectural, belt buckles, costume jewelry, novelty, promotional, Pewter statues and prototyping in Tin, Lead and zinc based, spin casting alloys
